Black Matipos are ideal for your ‘Native Patch’ as a hedge or simply as a specimen tree. They are an attractive New Zealand Native.
They grow to between 5 & 8 Meters and these are very Hardy.
Our seed has been collected off mature trees at Rakaia Gorge, Inland Canterbury. This area is known for its cold and frosty winters with heavy snow fall common.
Fast growing. Use for privacy, Hedges or Shelter. Makes a nice specimen Tree.
