A Very large sedge (tussock)that can grow to 1.5 meters in the perfect conditions but rarely grows above 1 meter. Prefers Damp conditions and will grow with its roots in water. An excellent Stream Side or Wet Lands Plant. Provides habitat for Birds. Very Hardy
Acts as a filter for streams and wet lands taking out nutrients and sediment. This is one of the most important plant species to help clean up and maintain waterways.
Its is also a very important plant in wet land areas as it will take up dissolved nitrogen
Out door grown in South Canterbury’s harsh conditions. Grown in Plastic Pots 85mm x 85mm x 90mm.
