Our goal is to supply quality products and offer a great price with exceptional customer service to meet our customers’ needs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
All emails, questions & queries will be answered as soon as possible. Our business takes us away at times, sometimes for several days. However if we are in cell phone range we will respond. But please be aware it may take 3- 4 days on these occasions. We endeavour to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3-4 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.
COURIER DELIVERIES
We deliver anywhere in New Zealand including Rural Deliveries and PO Boxes.
Please provide your FULL Correct Address. Include Rural Delivery if applicable.
Your location dictates the method we use.
Aramex cover most towns and all cities.
NZ Post covers the rest including rural

GST INVOICE
You will receive a tax invoice via email once we receive payment.
PAYMENT
At this time we only accept internet banking payments.
Payment instructions are shown when order is placed from checkout. Please ensure that you note the exact order number on bank deposits to avoid confusion.
