About Us
Welcome to Garden Gloves and Orari Nursery. graham14 offers a huge range of natural products and hardware for your garden. We have a huge range of non-chemical alternatives to using harmful chemicals in your garden and in your food. We stock the amazing 2WP ratchet action Pruning equipment as well as the Best Garden Gloves available, Showa. Orari Nursery is a Native plant nursery, growing around 500000 native trees, shrubs, Hebes, flaxes and grasses. As well we offer a range of popular books and home show items.
Garden Gloves and Orari Nursery have operated together since 1993. Graham and Lynda Pullman built the business and have owned it since its inception. Our goal is to supply quality products and offer a great price with exceptional customer service to meet our customers’ needs.
We are constantly searching for new products to add to our range which is forever growing.
Store Policies
We prefer that you make your purchase via Trademe. This way there are very good tracking systems in place and allows us to fix anything that may go wrong quickly.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
All emails, questions & queries will be answered as soon as possible. Our business takes us away at times, sometimes for several days. However if we are in cell phone range we will respond. But please be aware it may take 3- 4 days on these occasions. We endeavour to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3-4 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.
Staff have access to emails so can deal with any sales when paid using our preferred method “Pay Now” This allows us to send the item quickly, often on the same day. Payments made by other means such as Internet Banking, Payments using a teller and cheques can cause delays in shipping.
COURIER DELIVERIES
We do not allow pick up for any goods. (Unless Specified)
We deliver anywhere in New Zealand including Rural Deliveries and PO Boxes.
Please provide your FULL Correct Address. Include Rural Delivery if applicable.
Your location dictates the method we use.
Fastway Couriers cover most towns and all cities.
NZ Post covers the rest. Sometimes we send heavier parcels on Fastway and Pay the extra for NZ Post to deliver to PO Boxes and Rural Deliveries.
We charge no extra for Rural Customers.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days please let us know.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We are happy to combine shipping where possible.
Many of our listings have a Free Shipping Option when you have already purchased a freight paid listing.
GST INVOICE
Our Payment Instructions become your GST Invoice. Our GST Number is included. The Listing number is the Invoice Number.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payment instructions are automatically sent to all buyers at the time of purchase. We ask that payment be made in 3 working days please. Please ensure that you note the exact auction number on bank deposits to avoid confusion. Please also submit your delivery address via trade me. This allows us to link your purchase and the dispatch together. Payment may take a few days to appear in our account so you need to allow for this.

We provide a standard 30 day Return to Base Warranty for defects or malfunction for all
